Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for the company's clientsAnswer phones, email and chatHelp clients with their orders (customizing, execution, quantities, timing, pricing)Help clients resolve any problems and issues they might haveWork closely together with sales, manufacturing and the warehouse Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but English only is OKProven experience meeting deadlines and commitmentsEye for detailMultitaskerExperience working with computersSelf motivated and self starterThe company offers a casual, friendly work environment, flexible working hours arrangements and no weekend/evening hours.
