Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with computer systems and software applicationsReliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote workHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
