Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance Manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including drywall and metal stud framing Communicate project progress to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and up to date Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project Ensure project completion within budget and timeline
Qualifications:
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Knowledge and experience in drywall and metal stud framing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred but not requiredIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a passion for the construction industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
