Very strong clerical skills, ability to write business emails with ease, research experience, and problem solving skills.
Repetitive inbound/outbound calls for order placement and processing, status updates/verification, and special requests for business customers.
Input orders, prepare quotes/pricing, and assist account manager/sales team.
Print/send invoices, file closed orders, scanning, copying, and return authorizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication and very reliable.
Touch typing minimum 50wpm.
Basic and above MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge.
Microsoft Teams experience a+.
Ideal candidate will have a college degree and 3 or more years of customer service experience in an office or retail/restaurant management role.
Training is at the office in Camarillo for a couple weeks and then moves into a work at home set-up.
Candidate needs to live in Southern California.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Temp to Hire, Starting pay $19.
00 hr.
Position moves up to $22/hr once you become a full-time regular employee.
