Summary:
The Wholesale Account Executive will develop and grow business relationships with existing Wholesale Customers (international focused account base).
The role will interface with the largest and most complex wholesale accounts.
The Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for preparing contracts and service orders for customer presentations.
This will require an understanding of Windstream's network and facility capabilities in addition to staying in touch with telecommunications industry issues.
This position will also maintain knowledge regarding competitor products and pricing.
The Wholesale Account Executive will act as a customer advocate bridging the customer service and sales environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Attain or exceed monthly sales quota and meet required sales activity levels, including but not limited to:
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Participates in trade shows, business mixers and conventions as needed Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications:
Previous B2B experience Strong organizational and time management skills Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Strong customer service skills Salesforce experience EDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:
1 years previous experience in sales
