We are looking for positive upbeat individual with a combination of sales and management skills.
Part time position available one to two days a week for one who is willing to work weekends.
We train on site with our programs.
Probable wage increases every six months Qualified candidate will have the following:
oDetail oriented person oPunctual individual oProficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Word, and Excel oAbility to close transactions on most phone calls oAble to collect rent, late rents/late payments oAccurate bookkeeping/accounting abilities oAbility to problem solve oAbility to lift 40 lbs Assist in light maintenance work Need person with sound transportation and good driving record for travel to bank etc.
