Job Description - As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, specifically using ADP Workforce Now.
This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to hit the ground running and work independently to meet payroll deadlines.
You will work closely with the payroll team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations.
Job Site Status (remote/hybrid/onsite) - Our client has a hybrid work requirement of one day/week at the office.

PAYROLL ANALYST DUTIES Payroll Processing Process payroll using ADP Workforce Now with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Handle time and attendance management, including tracking and auditing hourly employees Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll data and ensure data security measures are followed Assist with payroll reporting, including tax filings, wage verifications, and other required documentation Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry regulations Compliance Assist in all internal and external audits Assist in all compliance issues Miscellaneous Accept other ad hoc duties as needed PAYROLL ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS Required At least two (2) years of payroll processing experience at a company of at least $100 million in annual revenue Preferred At least two (2) years of Public Accounting Experience PAYROLL ANALYST SKILLS Required Technical Expert-Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, IF Formulas) ADP Workforce Now Interpersonal Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong organizational and communication skills For further information, submit your resume in MS Word format.
