Must be able to receive and act on directions given orally or in writing.
Must be familiar with safe use of basic tools and chemicals.
Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.
Must have valid driver's license to be able to drive golf cart.
Custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience.
Bending, kneeling and stooping required and lifting up to 60 pounds.
Must be able to climb ladders.
Your Calling Will Be:
Monitor and clean the grounds of the property as assigned.
Prepare the model and tour route on a daily basis to ensure quality presentation of the sales product.
Clean and control odor of the trash areas.
Responsible for floor care in common areas including interior hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, stairwells, carports, offices, fitness centers and restrooms.
Clean laundry rooms, models, offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, and restrooms as assigned.
Trash out and clean vacant apartments to company standards for new move-ins.
Clean walkways of the property to ensure safety and curb appeal.
Clean and align pool furniture on a daily basis.
Assist in moving major appliances using proper equipment and in a safe manner.

Perform some common area painting as needed.
May be asked to perform light maintenance duties, not to exceed 50% of available time.
Participate in safety meetings and perform all work duties in a safe and efficient.
