Receive, process, verify and reconcile payable invoices Charge appropriate expense accounts Update and maintain monthly spreadsheets for the entire accounting department Assist in processing/Creating aircraft services statements Trip file processing and customer invoicing Year-end 1099 solicitation and processing Communicates with company employees and management, or external vendors and/or customers via phone and email.
Other clerical duties assigned by the management team Required
Qualifications:
Intermediate experience with Microsoft office products with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills Prior clerical experience a plus Attention to detail, thoroughness, and a high level of accuracy Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to maintain confidential information Work Environment This position is IN-OFFICE; The employee's workstation is located in an office setting.
Employees will work sitting in a cubical at a computer the majority of the shift.
Compensation Hourly Range:
$18 - $20 Sun Air Jets benefits package includes competitive pay, per diem, 401K with an employer match, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) with company contribution, and paid time off (vacation and sick time).
