Our company is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to assist our leadership in their daily tasks and offer strategic support on cross-functional projects.
You will manage administrative functions, play a role in the implementation of strategic initiatives, and manage executive email correspondence.
This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency of our operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including sophisticated calendar management, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
Manage and oversee executives' email correspondence, prioritizing important emails, drafting responses, and ensuring that all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a liaison between executives and other staff or external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
Participate in strategic projects, aiding in the coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Support the planning and logistics for executive and board meetings, including agenda preparation, document compilation, and minute recording.
Contribute to decision-making by providing insights and suggestions, and help align departmental objectives with the company's overall business goals.
Conduct research and analysis as needed to support strategic decisions and plans.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting high-level executives, preferably with some exposure to strategic or project management roles.
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Pacific Time Zone Only.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
