Job Description:
Community Managers typically manage 6 to 9 Homeowner Associations.
A Community Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors, contractors and support staff to ensure the successful management of our communities.
The primary responsibilities for the Community Manager will be actively participating in the preparation of agendas, sending work orders to vendors, coding invoices, sending violations, conducting site visits, working closely with service providers and the Board of Directors, and establishing relationships with community vendors driving high quality work and service.
Responsibilities Include:
Interface with vendors on work order requests, on-site maintenance, and improvement projects Oversee vendor insurance certificates Participate in performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services Responsible for leading regular inspections of properties with community service providers Develop strong relationships with Board members and vendors Position Requirements 1 - 3 years as a Community Manager recommended but not required Excellent communication skills Great attendance Attention to detail Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Professional with exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop long term relationships.
