- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate with customers - Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
Experience:
