This position collaborates across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative and Ecomm to ensure the correct material is captured for channel specific content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate among multiple departments in approval of accurate and timely photo samples.
Communicate with the Merchandising teams, Quality Assurance, and product buyer's to ensure photo guides are complete and accurate and all information needed is captured before product is on set for photography.
Manage photography workflow including weekly shot list and schedules for photoshoots.
Build and maintain relationships with outside agencies for the purposes of sourcing talent, locations and props/equipment.
Negotiate rates and confirm bookings for models, catering and studio/locations, securing permits and insurance as needed.
Coordinate all vendor payment processing and submit invoices for approvals.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure photography deadlines are met.
Manage this reporting in Workfront.
Process and upload all images post shoot to servers for approvals.
Assist Photographer in studio and on location ( setting up lights, stands, props, etc.
) Partner and collaborate across teams to effectively plan and execute the creative vision behind each shoot Back up photographer when need to shoot product or lifestyle images as well as video clips.
Utilize creative instincts to help problem solve artistic limitations as well as ensure content is delivered in a timely fashion.
(Such as proposing alternative compositions when a shot isn't working, or being creative with location requests and available resources) Extra work hours may be required at the discretion of the department manager.
NOTE:
Must have access to an automobile as travel is required between our Calabasas HQ and QA facilities.
Scope Supervises staff - No Financial Scope - Limited Organizational Scope - All US locations/Single Category/Region/District/Distribution Center Decision Making - Uses independent judgment for standard job related decisions Travel - Local travel as needed between Calabasas Corporate office and QA facilities as well as photo shoot locations Requirements Job Qualifications - Education and Experience Minimum, 2 yr degree in Art, Media, Photography; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years experience working in the photography field required Expert skill level with Adobe PhotoShop Experience with HFT proprietary systems is a plus Physical Requirements General office environment requiring ability to:
stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time speak and listen to others in person and over the phone use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports lift up to 15 lbs.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,900 - $109,300 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
