Responsibilities:
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments Prepare and send invoices to clientsReconcile any irregularities/discrepancies in receipts and all transactionsWork collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in financesHandle chargebacksProcess various Collections duties Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accountingDeliver reports to different departments as neededResponsible for processing and reconciling vendor and customer disputes, posting chargeback credit card charges, maintaining documentation of chargebacks, and updating revenue reports when necessaryAbout the Company:
