We are looking for a Site Acquisition Specialist to who has experience in contract management or project management is desirable.
Must be able to troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems.
Must have knowledge of legal and financial terms and ability to read and interpret contractsWhat you'll be doing:
Assists Network Design Engineers in scouting, analysis and research of future network assets.
Performs remote first contact with potential future landlords to discuss possible partnerships.
Communicates with professional tower companies to process and manage new applications and modifications to towers.
Assist in the creation of new tower leases and perform necessary redlines and edits.
Assist in the process of negotiations for new assets.
Create and manage service tickets relating to Network Design.
Perform Network Design quotes and audits under the direction of Network Design Engineers as necessary.
Assist development of process flows and procedures pertaining to Network Design and Network Asset Acquisitions.

Someone with proven experience in a leasing/acquisitionsSomeone who has superior analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesSomeone who can work under pressure and meet deadlinesSomeone who can handle multiple tasks within specified timeframesSomeone who has excellent verbal and written communication and follow up skillsSomeone with excellent organizational and leadership skillsEDUCATION AND/OR
Experience:

years experience in network design or leasing (Preferred) Must be able to complete complex projects with minimal to no supervision
